River of Ink Tattoo is licensed by the City of Appleton and the State of Wisconsin. I use hospital grade sterilization equipment which is monitored by North Bay/Bioscience, LLC. I follow strict Health Department guidelines and take pride in maintaining a clean studio. Please feel free to ask to see my sterilization records at any time.
