My name is Jim Plutz.  I am the owner and tattoo artist at River of Ink Tattoo.  I have a studio art minor from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.  I have been into art all my life and have been tattooing for over 6 years now.  I also enjoy drawing and painting in other media as well (check out some of my artwork on most pages on this site and in the original art page).  I am comfortable tattooing in different styles as well as doing cover-ups and repairs of old tattoos.  Come down and check out River of Ink!
